How do I change the polling intervals of the NetIQMS?

The NetIQms polls the QDB for new jobs every 5 seconds.  To change this setting, modify the following registry value:

• HKLM\SOFTWARE\NetIQ\AppManager\4.0\NetIQms\Config\Job Poll Interval

The NetIQms polls the NetIQmc service on the agent computers every 900 seconds.  To change this setting, modify the following registry value:

• HKLM\SOFTWARE\NetIQ\AppManager\4.0\NetIQms\Config\Machine Poll Interval

The NetIQccm polls the NetIQms every 30 seconds.  To change this setting, modify the following registry value:

• HKLM\SOFTWARE\NetIQ\AppManager\4.0\NetIQccm\Config\PingMSinterval note
