Yes, you can migrate multiple shares at the same time when using one Server Consolidator (SC) console machine if you use at latest version, 7.1.  The wizard will provide you with the option to select multiple source and target share mappings. 

note

Versions prior to 7.1 only allow you to choose one share to migrate at a time.  You may choose the top of the directory structure which will allow SC to migrate data and copy all permissions over to the target for the entire subtree.

• Note: If you have c:\users shared out as TEST in the source and you target Server Consolidator to the C:\ share, it will share out c:\ as TEST.  Please test this in your lab environment to understand this functionality more clearly.
