W10048: Processor architecture for machine is unknown, Error accessing registry rc=53. The network path was not found.
There is an error message in the Dispatch.log file that states "Error Accessing Registry"

Run Regedt32 from the DMA console to verify that you have remote registry access to that machine. You can search through SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment\PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE, which is the same path DMA travels to access processor architecture information.

Verify that the Remote Registry Service is running on the machine where the agent is to be dispatched.

This can be caused by the account logged on to the DMA/SC console not having remote registry access to the machine that the agent is being dispatched to.
