Database is not created during install of Exchange Migrator.

symptom
Exchange Migrator gives a SQL error when launched.

cause
The account you are specifying does not currently have rights to SQL/MSDE.

fix

Unless you have specifically created an account for Exchange Migrator to use for SQL authentication on a SQL server, then simply install with the default settings. If you should need to administer MSDE, you will need to load Enterprise Manager from the SQL Server CD or have knowledge of Microsoft Transact-SQL commands and osql.
