Event ID 261 Returns Local Computer May Not Have the Necessary Registry Information after Reboot of Server

Resolution
This is normal after a reboot. The DLL files haven't become available for the NetIQccm service as yet when this informational event is generated. The important item to check if receiving this event is to ensure the NetIQccm service started and is currently running.
