Situation

How do I run a cmdline batch file via the Action_RunDosCommand KnowledgeScript?

Resolution

If the batch file does not contain any interactivity, and you are still having a problem, make sure you set the two agent services on the machine, where you dropped the NTADMIN_RunDos knowledge script, to run as the local system account with the "Allow service to interact with desktop" option selected.

The NTADMIN_RunDos cannot run any interactive commands, including any interactive commands that are embedded into a batch file.
