Microsoft Exchange 2003
Take the following steps to resolve this error message:
- Verify that the Exchange Managed Object (MO) was installed. Look for the qexcha4.dll in the NetIQ\Bin directory on the Managed Client.
- Verify that the Managed Object is registered by looking for the following registry key:
Once steps 1 & 2 have been verified, then re-run the Discovery_Exchange Knowledge Script (KS) on the Exchange server in question, then try running other Exchange Knowledge Scripts.
If Exchange Knowledge Scripts continue to fail then re-install the AppManager Agent component, including the Exchange Managed Object.
