Situation

Domino_GetStat Knowledge Script fails with 'stat data does not exist'

Resolution

Verify that the specific Domino statistic is actually available.

  1. From the Domino server prompt type "sh stat". This will display all of the available Domino statistics.
  2. If the specific statistic you are trying to get data on is not present then the GetStat Knowledge Script or any other KS that accesses Domino stats will fail.

Cause

The specific Domino statistic is not actually being enumerated.
