Situation

Job disappears after job is stopped in AppManager Operator Console

Stopped jobs not listed in the Operator Console.

Resolution

The following can be done to turn on display of stopped jobs by:

  1. Selecting the Jobs tab in the list pane,
  2. Then right click with the mouse.
  3. A menu option will come up that will allow you to defined what jobs are and are not displayed.
  4. Make sure that 'stopped jobs' has a check mark next to it.

Cause

The list pane option to view closed jobs is turned off. If this option is turned off when a job is stopped, it does not appear in the list pane because the pane has been configured to not display stopped jobs.
