cause

The API call used to perform this action returns an inconsistent result.



fix

This is a known issue and has been resolved in the following hotfix and new release:

  • Domain Migration Administrator 7.1 - New release
  • Domain Migration Administrator 7.0 Hotfix 2348 - Hotfix

This fix corrects an issue in which Domain Migration Administrator may not enumerate the OU hierarchy in the correct order when you are browsing for OUs. If Domain Migration Administrator is stopping when you browse for OUs, install Hotfix 2348 for DMA 7.0 or install DMA 7.1 to correct the problem.  The hotfix and new release can be found at the following link to the NetIQ Support & Services page:
