symptom
The 'Select Target OU' Browse button is grayed out in the Settings Wizard when migrating from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 5.5.

cause
If you migrate from Exchange 5.5 to 5.5, the 'Select Target OU' Browse button is grayed out in the wizard.  This is because Exchange 5.5 was not built with OUs in mind.

fix

You can still point to a different Recipients container by typing the path of the container:

e.g., (cn=recipients,ou=site,o=org)
