Resolution

symptom
Server Consolidator returns an 'unspecified error' pop-up during a file migration from one server to another within the same domain.

cause
Executing a security translation task immediately before using Server Consolidator.

fix
The issue will be resolved in Domain Migration Administrator/Server Consolidator version 6.4. Until then, a workaround may by employed by opening the project database (Program Files/NetIQ/DMA/Projects/[project_name].mdb) and deleting all of the records in the 'Settings' table. As always, you should back-up your DMA program folder before attempting to open the database. Once you have deleted these records, you should close Access 2000 and perform the task for migrating the files again.
