Error: 'Error connecting to new server. Error discovering server.' When Specifying a Managed Domain in the Directory and Resource Administrator Reporting Tool

When an Assistant Admin launches Directory and Resource Administrator's Reporting Tool and specifies the name of the managed domain or computer, the following error message is displayed:

Version 6.3 and later

Error connecting to new server. Error discovering server.

Clicking OK displays the following message:

The domain or machine you entered is not accessible or is not managed by NetIQ Administration. Please select or enter a domain or machine that is actually managed by NetIQ Administration.

Version 6.02 SP1 and earlier
