Error: 'Internal Error 2735: License_Get _Licensed_Packages' When Upgrading an Existing Directory and Resource Administrator Environment to Include File and Storage Administrator

When clicking I Agree on the license agreement screen during the installation of File and Storage Administrator, the above error occurs. When you click OK to close the error dialog box it returns to the license file selection screen.
fix
The buffer length has been increased in Directory and Resource Administrator 6.30, allowing one license file to enable more than four NetIQ products.
