To resolve this error the Assistant Admin must configure the Internet Explorer settings. The settings must be configured in Internet Explorer under the security context of the Assistant Admin.

Perform the following steps to configure the Internet Explorer settings:

  1. Launch Internet Explorer.
  2. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
  3. Select the Connections tab, click on LAN Settings.
  4. Configure the LAN settings appropriately so that the Assistant Admin is able to connect to the Internet or Intranet using IE.

This setting is profile specific and must be configured when logged in under the security context of the Assistant Admin who receives the error message.
