symptom
Error: 'The MAPI profile parameters Microsoft Exchange is not valid. The mailbox associated with this profile may no longer exist, or you may not have permissions to access the mailbox for the provided credentials. You must specify an alternate profile. For more information about MAPI profiles, see Help. The MAPI profile srv2001 is not valid. cause
The Windows account logged on to the EM console (the one doing the migration) does not have a valid MAPI profile created.

fix

To resolve this issue, please refer to the following:

• Check all of the suggestions in the error itself.
  
• You may need to recreate the MAPI profiles.
  
• Be sure the account meets the account requirements and the MAPI profile requirements in the following KB article:
