Error: 'Warning--failed in bindToMailbox..' received when migrating a mailbox.

If you attempt to migrate mailboxes and the migration fails, look in the EMApplog.txt for the following errors:
Warning--failed in bindToMailbox [CN=user,OU=container,DC=netiq,DC=com]
(1412) ERROR - Failed using target profile. Validate profile by using it to log into Microsoft Outlook [HR=0x8004011d]
(1415) ERROR - Failed attempting incremental migration of mailbox messages [CN=user,OU=container,DC=netiq,DC=com][HR=0x8004011d]
cause
There are two possible causes of this error:
MAPI profiles or mailboxes used for migration are not set up correctly.
EM is unable to log on to mailboxes after they are created and therefore cannot bring the mail over, perhaps due to replication issues.

fix
The resolution to these issues are:
Log into the mailboxes to verify that that they are set up correctly, and that the account used to perform the migration has access to the mailbox.
Verify that there are no replication issues by creating mailboxes from the console machine and then try to log on to the mailbox right away.
