"The page cannot be displayed."
Launching the Directory and Resource Administrator Web Console may generate the following error message:
"Http: 500 Page Cannot be Displayed"
This is not a problem related to NetIQ products but is instead related to the Internet Information Services (IIS) configuration. A review of the Internet Information Services (IIS) log file (typically located in the C:\WINNT\system32\LogFiles\W3SVC1 directory) reveals references to Disallowed Parent Path.
This is caused by disabling ASP's parent paths for a Web site or application while using relative parent paths in an include statement.Fix

- Click OK twice and exit the Internet Services Manager.
