The workaround available at this time is to create a distinct mailbox with an unambiguous user name and configure Operations Manager or Security Manager to use this recipient for email responses.

Alternatively, you may create two mailboxes on an exchange server that use the same username but with a different mailbox alias. Configure Operations Manager or Security Manager to use the distinct mailbox alias as the recipient.
