Server Consolidator can copy files, such as Microsoft Word, text files, etc. that users have open. It will copy what is on the hard drive, but will not copy any changes kept in memory. In addition, SC will not copy files that are opened and locked by the system such as pagefile.sys, and NTUser.dat and the like.
