Exchange Migrator does not currently provide this type of functionality. As a workaround you could create an external VBScript to connect to the source Public Folder object, retrieve the email addresses and append them to the otherMailbox property for Exchange 5.5 targets, or to the proxyAddresses property on an Exchange 200x target. An alternative method for Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 5.5 migrations would be to export the information from the source Exchange 5.5 GAL and import it into the target Exchange 5.5 GAL.
