symptom
Unable to specify the target container in the migration settings of Exchange Migrator.

cause
This is most likely because you have special characters in the Org or Site names.

fix

The work-around to this problem is to put quotes around the org and site names. For example, if the org and site names are ? SITE, INC. and ? ORG respectively, then the following should be entered into the destination container field in the Specify Migration Options Wizard/Select Target OU screen:

CN=Recipients,OU="? SITE, INC.",O="? ORG"
