What information is viewable under the Alert History Tab?
Security Manager automatically tracks and records all changes to alert properties on the History tab. This includes changes made by a processing rule, changes made by scripts, and any automatic responses that have occurred.
You cannot directly edit the alert resolution history. However, when you change the resolution state of a specific alert, Security Manager also records the changes on the History tab. Any direct changes to the Alert Properties page can be made on the Knowledge Base tab. This will enable you to keep an up-to-date record of the alert resolution process. Providing specific comments allows you to accumulate knowledge about this particular instance of the alert and how it was addressed.
