In order to understand why it may appear that this report has not being updated, consider the following. These reports simply display information, about your migrations, pulled from the database, whether it be MSDE or SQL.
While you are migrating, data is being written to the database. This migration information is available to you in the form of any number of reports you choose to publish.

It is at the point of publication that the migration information report is generated, in this instance this report becomes static information. That is to say, that the information is current / up to date as of the time of its reporting.
So, as you progress in your migrations, the information is still being written to the database. When you need an updated report, you will need to re-run the report and choose the option "No, use the currently stored information to generate the reports". Again, this will query the database and produce an up to date report reflecting your most recent migration information.
