No. In fact, if you have Active Directory Connector (ADC) running, you must set the scheduled replication to 'Never' in order to avoid problematic interactions between Exchange Migrator and ADC. When performing an intra-org migration (in the same org) between Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000, there is a requirement to have ADC set up between the two for mailflow to work. For more information on how to configure the Connection Agreements for ADC please see the Exchange Migrator User Guide.

When performing an inter-org migration, it is recommended that the Exchange Migrator DirSync tool be used instead of ADC.
