Exchange Migrator cannot run on the NT4 Operating System. Due to the API requirements, EM needs to run on a Windows 2000 machine. However, if you are migrating in an NT4 environment you can install Exchange Migrator on a Windows 2000 Member Server or a Windows 2000 Professional machine and it will run successfully.
