Resolution

You can generate two different standard reports from within Vivinet Assessor. After you print them, you can customize these reports as needed. The reports will contain data collected by Vivinet Assessor up to the point when an assessment is stopped, either by the Scheduler or by the user.

  • Executive Summary:
A short overview of call quality that can be delivered to executive management. This report provides a high-level overview of the network?s readiness for VoIP. The Executive Report is concise, and should be about six pages in length.

  • Complete Report:
This full report provides the details necessary to drill down into the results of the VoIP Readiness Assessment. For example, you can see not only MOS values, but also detailed information about jitter, delay, and lost data ? by location, by day of week, and by time of day. The Complete Report is very comprehensive and may be quite lengthy, depending on the number of call groups in the assessment.

Because the reports are generated in Microsoft Word, you can customize reports as much as you want after you generate them. For example, you can delete the charts and text that do not interest you, or you can add your own customized recommendations.
