Situation

Exchange_NumberOfMailboxes Knowledge Script generates error "Could Not Open Exchange Message Store".

Resolution

Change the MAPI profile to reflect an existing mailbox in the Recipients Container. You can create a new mailbox if none currently exist.

Cause

The configured mailbox for the module does not have a valid mailbox.
