Situation

How do I schedule Domino Knowledge Script's in a very busy or large Domino environment?

Resolution

To optimize your environment make sure of the following:
  1. The NetIQmc and NetIQccm services on the Domino servers are running as a Local System account.
  2. The Netiq task (nnetiq) is loaded on the Domino server.
  3. Domino Knowledge Script's are scheduled via the DAILY SCHEDULE, and in longer intervals (i.e. 30 minutes or above).
  4. If multiple Domino KS's are running on one agent, make sure to adjust the start time of the Domino KSs so that they don't start running at the same time. It is good to leave at least a 5-10 minute interval between each KS.
