Error: CHR0315 A VoIP Assessor license could not be obtained because this computer is not authoriz (NETIQKB124)

Error: "CHR0315 A VoIP Assessor license could not be obtained because this computer is not authorized to use the license. The reason code is 9.

Error Opening Application symptom License code is different when going through the Registration Wizard.

To work around this problem, first write down the license code that is being displayed on the computer that contains the RAID array.  Then install Vivinet Assessor on another computer that does not contain a RAID implementation, and contact NetIQ Technical Support for assistance in registering your new Console.
