Situation
Errors:
This mode of authentication is not allowed in the Remote Management policy.
No security types supported. Server sent security types, but we do not support any of them.
Resolution
For the error about mode of authentication not supported, the most common reason is that the administrator is requesting password authentication and the device does not have a policy that supports it.
Confirm if password authentication is enabled.
Additionally confirm if the novell-rm-policy.ini file (ZENWORKS_HOME\conf\RMPolicy) is proper. This file will be collected by zeninfo. If not, try reapplying policies with zac pr --force. A corrupt ini file could cause these errors.
