Situation
How to redeem Flexible Credits, or see your Flexible Credits available.

- In the Support Portal top navigation menu, click Flexible Credits > Delivery Request.
- If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to do so. See also Logging into Micro Focus.
- Select Request Type:
- Support Delivery Request: short-term support services, such as Scheduled Standby or Onsite Assistance
- Education Request: training services, such as On-Demand Digital Learning or Instructor-Led Training.
- Professional Service Request: consulting services, such as Implementation Assessment.
- Click "Search Contracts" button.
- To the left of a contract name/number, click the arrow to expand details.
- Credit End Date: redeem credits up to 12 months from purchase
- Credits Remaining: credits available for new requests
- Credits in Transit: credits associated with a request that has not yet been fulfilled
- Credits Consumed: credits associated with completed requests
- On the rightmost Request column, click “Create Support Delivery Request.
- In the popup form, complete the fields:
- Region: AMS for North America, APJ for Asia Pacific Japan, INTL for Europe/Middle East/Africa.
- Country of Service (and State for USA)
- Menu Items: Select a support service. For descriptions, see the Flexible Credits Guide.
- Product Center: Select the applicable product.
- Qty of Services: How many of the selected Menu Item is needed.
- Requested Delivery Date: When you want to service delivered.
- Click "Save" to submit the request.
- A new Case is created for your request. Click “Update Case” to provide any additional details.
