The DOS based CLIENT32 appears to hang while trying to connect to an OES2018SP2 server

After upgrading from OES2015 to OES2018SP2, DOS PCs are no longer able to connect to the server. 


There is no known resolution at this time.  The issue is being investigated by engineering.


The root cause is still unknown.  A packet trace reveals that the DOS PC attempts to make an NCP connection to the OES2018SP2 server but the server never responds which, after some time, causes the DOS client to return:
"Client32: A file server could not be found"
