Situation
When using miggui to "Flatten Trustees" to a new container in a new tree when migrating files, the error: "No result found" pops up when attempting to select the container on the target server that will hold the new user objects.
Resolution
This is a bug and has been reported to engineering. Here is the work around:
From iManager | LDAP | LDAP Option select he LDAP group.
Deselect "Require TLS for Simple Binds with Password"
From MIGGUI, start a new project, and while connecting to the target, deselect the option "Use SSL"
Cause
The issue is caused because MIGGUI is unable to use the self signed certificate when connecting to LDAP over SSL to run "Flatten Trustees". By connecting via LDAP instead of LDAPS we avoid this problem.
As noted in the resolution this has been reported to engineering. If and when a fix is made available this document will also be updated.
