Retain Unified Archiving 4.9.1
Situation
You are logged in your Retain archive mailbox and want to export some mail. Either in a PST or PDF format. Export succeeds but when you click on Exported Items tab, error 500 is displayed.
Resolution
It looks like possibly SUSE updates overwritten some configuration files. Alternatively you might be missing some files or there was a wrong file/directory ownership assigned.
Re-run the installation of Retain, your current version. Choose to upgrade existing system and then also to keep current configuration. In most cases this is enough. Otherwise, check the installer log file if there are any complaints over missing files. See if the files are present physically in that location and if they have tomcat:www file ownership.
