Environment

Open Enterprise Server 2018 (OES 2018) Linux
Open Enterprise Server 2015 (OES 2015) Linux

Situation

When using NSS for AD if the drive mapping end with a trailing \, the drive is not mapped  for example:
\\%CustomUserServer%\VOL1\
Vol1 in this case wouldn't get mapped.

Resolution

When mapping a drive via GPO's for NSS for AD make sure there isn't a trailing \ .
If using the example above, the correct mapping would be:
\\%CustomUserServer%\VOL1
