Situation
The ticket overview does not show the scrollbar on high resolution screens, e.g. 3440x1440 or 2560x1440
Resolution
Reported to engineering.
Workaround :
1. move the ServiceDesk tab to a screen with lower resolution. The scroll bar will appear on the lower resolution screen. The tab can be moved back to the screen higher resolution. The scrollbar is now visible on the screen with higher resolution, however only until the next refresh of the page.
