Situation
When going to the Support tile within the port 9443 tool and choosing Automatically send the configuration to Micro Focus using FTP, the following error is returned after enter the SR number and clicking OK.
Upload failed: Please verify the system can ftp to ftp.novell.com and try again. If this error repeats then contact Support to assist in resolving the issue.
Resolution
This issue has been reported to the Micro Focus iPrint Development team.
