Environment

Privileged Account Manager 4.0

Situation

Agentless WebRDP session fails to launch and redirects back to My Access
Access Control authorizes the request

unifid.log:
Info, Clientless - Peer Receive Error!
Error, Clientless - Error - End of file found
Debug, ws_service - web session Connection terminated/logged out.Infinite loop ended audit id :<id>

client.log:
Error, Error connecting to RDP server

Resolution

  1. Please verify a connection can be established from the agentless Manager server to the target resource, from a terminal:

    telnet <RDP Resource> 3389
    netcat -zv <RDP Resource> 3389

  2. Please verify the Credentials are correct in the Vault for this Resource.

Cause

Network communication issue or incorrect username or password used in the Resource's Credential.
