Situation
Web Access Sessions are not available, not displaying or otherwise not listing in My Access when a valid Assignment exists that authorizes access.
Recently installed or upgraded and trying out the new Agentless capability.
Applies to the following sessions:
SSH Web Access: <WebSSH> <WebTELNET>
Windows Web Access: <WebRDP> <WebAgentRDP>
unifid.log reports the following:
Debug, Finding module: agentless
Debug, Module not found: agentless
Warning, Dynamically loading module: agentless
Debug, Module not found: agentless
Warning, Request for module agentless not found for agent localhost
Debug, Module not found: agentless
Warning, Dynamically loading module: agentless
Debug, Module not found: agentless
Warning, Request for module agentless not found for agent localhost
Resolution
Please ensure that the agentless module has been installed on the manager server or is available in some host within the framework.
Cause
The Agentless module has not been installed and thus the Agentless Web Access Sessions will not be listed since the capability to initiate the session is likewise not available within the framework.
