Situation

Filr performance, such as browsing files, logging in, loading files, etc is very slow when the database server is Microsoft SQL Server versions 2016 or 2017

Resolution

Refer to the Microsoft SQL Server documentation to enable LEGACY_CARDINALITY_ESTIMATION.
