Environment

Directory and Resource Administrator 9.x
Directory and Resource Administrator 10.0.x

Situation

Each DRA server maintains a cached copy of all AD objects managed by DRA. This cache contains a limited set of AD attributes from each managed object. DRA will use this cache when any operations require details about a managed object. If an attribute is not known to the DRA cache, DRA will query a Windows Domain Controller for the details. Each DRA managed object type has its own unique set of cached attributes.

Resolution

By default, The DRA Web GUI search results will only include object attributes stored within the cache. This can be adjusted by changing the columns displayed option; on the main search page of the Web GUI. The DRA Web Console GUI will provide a warning message when any attribute not stored within the DRA cache is added to the search results.
