After domain change on GroupWise server, Mobility server sends out on old domain name.

There has been a recent change of domain name for your groupwise email system and groupwise mobility service still sends out using the old domain name when sending from the device (Apple or Android).


1. Go to the GroupWise Mobility Service admin console (https://<server IP or hostname>:8120. 

2. Select Dashboard then click on a user and see if there email address reflects the domain change.

3. If it does not please re-initialize the user.

4. If it has the correct email address reflecting the domain change, then remove the account off the device and re-add using the correct domain name.

5. Test to make sure that it is sending out correctly
