ZENworks Configuration Management 2020 Authentication
Situation
This situation applies only when the Shared Secret authentication mechanism is used.
After upgrading the primary servers to ZCM 2020 Update1, when the users authenticate using smart card/PIN to their workstations, the passive login to Zenworks fails, the users receive the Zenworks login prompt, where username and password can be entered and the authentication to Zenworks goes through successfully.
Resolution
Reported to engineering.
