Client for Open Enterprise Server 2 SP5
After a reboot, upon entering the user's logon credentials, the login process "hangs" with the cursor spinning. The only way to recover is to perform a hard shut down. A "Computer Only" logon allows access to the desktop, and the user can then login using the system tray icon.
Apply the Microsoft patch that resolves the problem. The KB depends on the build of Windows 10:

These patches were included in the monthly Windows 10 roll-up patch, beginning with the July 2020 monthly roll-up for Windows 10.
