Unable to map rights with NURM using a non Admin user

Situation

Getting permission denied error in NURM when trying to perform functions in NURM as a user other than Admin.
The following is displayed in /var/opt/novell/log/nurm/user-rights-map.log: 
Access Denied. Either <dn of non admin user> does not have the supervisor permissions or the universal password is not set. 



Resolution

Give the non Admin user the Supervisor entry right to the server object.  Whichever user is using using NURM to manage mapping needs to have supervisor rights to the server.
