Classic Webaccess has refresh issue

Situation

Classic GroupWise Webaccess on occasion has a refresh issue, in that new messages are not visually seen unless you change the focus from the folder with the issue to another folder and then back again, or unless you refresh the browser, or unless you logout and log back into classic Webaccess.  The same applies for deletions of messages.

Resolution

Refer to the "Resolution" section of Micro Focus GroupWise technical document 7024607.

Additional Information

We have fixed many refresh issues in classic Webaccess over the years, but 100% of them are not fixed.
