Situation

Unable to send zero length file seen on MTA log file

Messages are stuck in the MSLOCAL/MSHOLD Queue

Messages are pending in the MSLOCAL/MSHOLD Queue

Messages are building up in the MSLOCAL/MSHOLD Queue

Some messages never leave the MSLOCAL/MSHOLD Queue

Messages get stuck again after renaming the MSLOCAL/MSHOLD Queue

Mail is not flowing in the MTA

Resolution

This could be do to stuck / corrupt messages in the queue.  Stop the MTA and any Gateways that this domain owns | rename the Domains Wpcsin, Wpcsout, Mslocal | restart MTA.
