Access Manager Authentication Methods configuration page takes around 30 to 40 seconds to get loaded

Situation

  • Access Manager 4.5.1 has been configured with about 90 authentication contracts and 50 Authentication methods

  • While accessing the Authentication Methods configuration page it takes around 30 to 40 seconds before the available list of methods is showing up

  • The time it takes to list the methods does not seem to depend on the amount of methods but the amount of configured contracts. Reducing the amount of contracts by 50% will reduce the load time as well close to 50%

Resolution

  • This issue has been addressed to engineering and will be fixed with NAM 4.5.3
