RetainWorker install on a remote server fails

Situation

RetainWorker install on a remote server fails, and does not load tomcat java libraries.

 Retain installation comprises of multiple servers. In which RetainWorkers are installed on a remote server, i.e. , not on the same server as the RetainServer is installed.

 For the installation of the remote RetainWorker, one choses the RetainWorker option, when running the RetainInstall.sh on the remote server.

 This installation fails with the following error message:

Resolution

This issue can be resolved by setting the retain-tomcat to start at server boot.

To do this run 'yast' from the command line.


Set retain-tomcat to start at server boot.
